Kristín Sigfríði Garðarsdóttir is a ceramic designer in Reykavik. She graduated from The Icelandic College of Art and Crafts 1997 and Denmarks Design school in Copenhagen 1999.

She designs and works mainly with funtional ware casted in plastermoulds. She also enjoys handbuilding big rough containers which are located in the “skulptur/art/design” area.

Kristín has held private exhibitions in Iceland and participated in various group exhibitions in Italy, Canada, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany and Lithuania.

Kristín has a studio at Hamraborg 1 in Kopavogur where people are welcome to visit at any time.
